HEROES OF HOPE PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT FOR A CAUSE

GENERAL
• Play follows USA Pickleball rules unless noted below.
• The tournament director and referees have final say on all rulings.
• Players must register under their PickleRankPH account and meet division eligibility.

REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN
• Bring a valid ID and your registration confirmation at check-in.
• Check-in closes 15 minutes before your first scheduled match.
• Failure to check in on time may result in forfeit.

EQUIPMENT
• Tournament balls will be provided.
• Appropriate athletic shoes and attire are required.

SCORING & MATCH FORMAT
• Regular scoring to 11, win by 1.
• Bracket matches are best 3 of 5 games.

CONDUCT & FAIR PLAY
• Good sportsmanship is expected at all times.
• Verbal abuse, cheating, or unsportsmanlike conduct may lead to warnings, point penalties, or disqualification.
• Only registered players may compete; no unauthorized substitutes.

INJURIES & WITHDRAWALS
• Players compete at their own risk. Report injuries to staff immediately.
• Medical timeouts follow USA Pickleball guidelines where applicable.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
• Entry fees are non-refundable after registration, may opt to change players for any changes.

PHOTOS & MEDIA
• By participating, you consent to photos or video used for event promotion unless you opt out with the organizer in writing.
