These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PickleRankPH, including the website at https://prph.app/ and our mobile app (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Some features — such as being listed on a ranking, appearing in a tournament roster, or being verified — require your profile information to be truthful; misrepresenting your identity, age, skill level, or results may result in removal from rankings, events, or the Platform.
Club owners and organizers who manage a club through the admin dashboard are responsible for the accuracy of the tournament, roster, scoring, and payment data they enter on behalf of their club.

The PR Rating (a separate singles and doubles skill rating, each paired with a reliability score) and the rankings derived from it are calculated automatically from recorded match results and are provided for competitive and informational purposes. Ratings, rankings, and match history are part of the public competitive record and may be displayed publicly on player pages and leaderboards. We do not guarantee that ratings are free of error and may correct results, ratings, or rankings when a data-entry mistake, disputed result, or fraud is identified.
Tournaments and open-play sessions are organized by clubs and independent organizers using the Platform's tools; PickleRankPH provides the registration, bracket, scoring, and (where enabled) booking and payment infrastructure. Entry fees, court rates, schedules, and event-specific rules are set by the organizing club and shown to you before you register or book. Disputes about an individual event (cancellations, refunds for that event, on-court conduct) are between you and the organizing club; contact them directly using the details on the event or club page. We may assist but are not a party to that dispute.
Payments for tournament entries and court bookings are processed through our payment processor, PayMongo, or recorded manually where a club accepts direct/manual payment with an uploaded receipt. Refund eligibility for a specific tournament or booking is set by the organizing club or venue and shown at checkout or on the event page. Referral wallet credits have no cash value outside the Platform unless a separate cash-wallet feature is explicitly enabled.
Referral codes, earnings, and wallet balances are governed by the Referrals Guide, which is part of these Terms. We may adjust, cap, or reverse referral credits obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, or abuse of the program.
You retain ownership of the photos, posts, comments, and other content you submit (including your profile photo and feed posts), but you grant PickleRankPH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the Platform — for example, showing your profile photo on your public player page. Your ID document is uploaded solely for verification and is never made part of your public content.
The PickleRankPH name, logo, PR Rating methodology, and Platform software are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reused, or reverse-engineered without permission.
You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account deletion — see Delete Your Account for exactly what happens to your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other players or the integrity of rankings and tournaments.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for injuries, disputes, or losses arising from in-person play, tournaments, or bookings organized through the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickleRankPH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of PickleRankPH after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
