Delete your account
How to delete your PickleRankPH account, and exactly what happens to your data when you do.
In the app

Open the PickleRankPH player app and sign in.

Go to Profile → Delete account.

Confirm the request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once confirmed.
Can't sign in?
If you've lost access to your account and can't reach the in-app deletion screen, request deletion through Contact Us or by emailing [email protected] from the email address on your account. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
What gets erased vs. kept
Deleting your account anonymises your player profile rather than removing every trace of your play history — here is exactly what happens and why.
