How to use PickleRankPH
Everything you need to list your club, manage members and courts, run tournaments, and publish official results on the Philippine pickleball platform.
Getting started
PickleRankPH gives club owners an admin dashboard to manage venues, rosters, and tournaments. Players use the public site and mobile app; you work from the Admin area after signing in.
-
Register your club account Go to Register as club and submit your club name, contact details, and password. This creates a club admin login tied to your organization.
-
Sign in to the dashboard Open Admin login. Your Club Owner Dashboard shows clubs, members, pending entries, bookings, and live matches at a glance.
-
Add your first club From the dashboard, choose Add Club or go to Clubs & Bookings → Clubs. Fill in location, region, courts, amenities, and photos. New listings may show as pending until approved by PickleRankPH staff.
Club profile
Your public club page appears in the Clubs directory. A complete profile helps players find you and builds trust for tournament entries.
- Logo & banner — Upload branding images from the club edit screen.
- Gallery — Add up to 12 photos of your courts and facility.
- Amenities & hours — Parking, showers, pro shop, and operating hours.
- Contact & map — Address and region so players know where to go.
After approval, your club is discoverable nationwide. Featured clubs may appear on the home page.
Members & courts
Club members
Under Players & Rankings → Players, you can search and manage players linked to your club. Member rosters feed internal standings and help you know who plays at your venue.
Courts
Events & Matches → Courts lets you define court names and availability for your location. Courts are assigned when scheduling tournament matches and reviewing bookings.
Court bookings
If your club accepts online court reservations, use Clubs & Bookings → Bookings to review requests, approve or decline slots, and manage your calendar. Players manage their bookings from Profile → Bookings on the public site.
The dashboard Pending Bookings widget shows court requests that need your attention.
Creating tournaments
Tournaments are built step-by-step in the admin wizard. From the dashboard, tap Create Tournament or open Events & Matches → Tournaments.
| Wizard step | What you configure |
|---|---|
| Basics | Name, dates, location, host club, banner, and slug |
| Divisions | Men's, women's, mixed, skill tiers, fees, and capacity |
| Rules | Format, bracket type, scoring, and registration access (open vs club-managed) |
| Registrations | Review entries, approve pending players, export roster |
| Publish | Make the event visible on the public calendar |
| Go live | Generate brackets, assign courts, and start match play |
Managing registrations
When players register on your tournament page, entries may be:
- Confirmed immediately — Open registration with no approval required.
- Pending approval — Club-managed or closed events where you review each player.
- Awaiting payment — Paid divisions until online or manual payment is recorded.
Use the tournament wizard Registrations step to approve, reject, or mark paid. The dashboard Pending Entries count helps you clear the queue before draw day.
Running events & recording scores

-

-
