PickleRank is sponsoring free open play sessions this July to grow the pickleball community in Cebu. No fees — just show up and play.

How it works:
✅ Register here — takes 1 minute
✅ Registration closes July 21 (Tue), 4:00 PM (48 hours before the session)
✅ 8 participants are chosen by RANDOM DRAW — not first-come, first-served, so everyone has an equal chance
✅ Selected players are notified and must confirm within 24 hours or the spot goes to the waitlist
Bring a partner (required):
Each selected player brings 1 playing partner. Your partner must have a PickleRank account before the session — sign them up at prph.app, it's free.
All skill levels welcome. Beginner to advanced — skill level is only used to organize fun, balanced games. No one is excluded.
Slots: 16 players per session (8 selected + 8 partners) · 2 courts · 2 hours
⚠️ You may register for one session only across the whole week. Duplicate registrations will be removed.
By registering, you consent to the collection of your information for event coordination (per the Data Privacy Act of 2012) and to photos/videos taken during the session being used on PickleRank's social media.

Random selection. 8 participants per session are drawn randomly after registration closes. Everyone else is waitlisted in randomized order.
Confirm within 24 hours of your selection notice, or your slot passes to the next player on the waitlist.
Partner required. Bring exactly 1 playing partner with an active PickleRank account. If your partner backs out, nominate a replacement or tell organizers at least 24 hours before the session.
Arrive 15 minutes early and sign the participation waiver at check-in. Late arrivals may forfeit their slot to an on-site standby.
Open play format. One PickleRank organizer manages rotations — players rotate after every game so everyone gets similar playing time with different people.
What to bring: your own paddle if possible (venue paddles subject to availability), water, comfortable sports attire, court shoes recommended.
Community first. Good sportsmanship, respect all skill levels, help new players, follow organizer instructions, have fun.
