TEST - Cebu Kitchen Derby

GENERAL
• Play follows USA Pickleball rules unless noted below.
• The tournament director and referees have final say on all rulings.
• Players must register under their PickleRankPH account and meet division eligibility.

REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN
• Bring a valid ID and your registration confirmation at check-in.
• Check-in closes 15 minutes before your first scheduled match.
• Failure to check in on time may result in forfeit; waitlisted players may take the spot.

EQUIPMENT
• USA Pickleball–approved paddles only. Non-compliant equipment may not be used.
• Tournament balls will be provided unless the organizer states otherwise.
• Appropriate athletic shoes and attire are required.

SCORING & MATCH FORMAT
• Rally scoring to 11, win by 2, unless your division uses a different format.
• Bracket matches are typically best 2 of 3 games unless announced otherwise.
• Switch sides when the first team reaches 6 points in each game (or at the midpoint in games to 15).

CONDUCT & FAIR PLAY
• Good sportsmanship is expected at all times.
• Verbal abuse, cheating, or unsportsmanlike conduct may lead to warnings, point penalties, or disqualification.
• Only registered players may compete; no unauthorized substitutes.

INJURIES & WITHDRAWALS
• Players compete at their own risk. Report injuries to staff immediately.
• Medical timeouts follow USA Pickleball guidelines where applicable.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
• Entry fees are non-refundable after registration closes unless the organizer cancels the event.
• Rain-outs, venue changes, or schedule adjustments will be communicated by the organizer.

PHOTOS & MEDIA
• By participating, you consent to photos or video used for event promotion unless you opt out with the organizer in writing.
